Why was my order canceled if I paid for it?
After placing an order with online payment, the customer has 2 days to complete the payment. Once the payment is successfully made, the customer automatically receives an email notification confirming that the order has been accepted for processing, including the order number.
If the order is not paid within this time frame, it is automatically cancelled. The customer receives an automatic email notification about the cancellation, which also includes the order number.
If you placed more than one order and paid for only one, all other orders will be automatically cancelled after 2 days — no action is required on your part.
If you are sure that you have paid for an order but received a notification about the cancellation of an unpaid order, first check the order number in the cancellation notification and compare it with the order number in the order confirmation notification. Most likely, the message refers to the cancellation of a duplicate order that was not paid for.
